One World partnered with LIFT Schools, a growing multi-academy trust in the UK, to create greater coherence across classrooms and teams. We helped leaders clarify what strong teaching looks like and build shared routines for walkthroughs, planning meetings, and student-work analysis. With hands-on coaching, principals and middle leaders now work from common expectations, resulting in more consistent classroom practice and stronger leadership across schools.

Vimenti Schools
Early literacy, instructional leadership, and full-service community school strategy
In partnership with Vimenti Schools and the Charter School Growth Fund, One World supported one of Puerto Rico’s most innovative school models. Our work spanned classroom practice, leadership development, and the alignment of academic and community supports. We strengthened principal capacity and introduced research-aligned instructional routines now used daily, contributing to stronger teaching and a school model designed to grow and adapt.

ISFODOSU
Transforming national teacher preparation and early literacy training
One World partnered with ISFODOSU, the Dominican Republic’s national teacher preparation university, to better align preparation programs with the realities of today’s classrooms. We supported leader development across six campuses, trained faculty and supervisors in observation and feedback, and embedded research-backed approaches into coursework. This work strengthened coherence across the institution and improved how future teachers and leaders are prepared for public schools nationwide.
